In the heart of the historic capital of the Marquis of Saluzzo, "Le Quattro Stagioni d’Italia" has renewed, in the tradition, the local restaurant. The old seventeenth-century palace is home to the upper floors of the Civic Music School, a nursery for young musicians and artists, in face of the way of the "Porti Scur", which turns - on Wednesdays and Saturdays - with the stalls of the market of agricultural products of the hill .
